Shipping Policy

We offer Standard Free Shipping & Expedited Shipping to our customers. The cost of shipping will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before the order is placed.

DELIVERY TIME = PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING TIME

The product processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the store contingent of the individual product.

SHIPPING TIME

Once receive your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product’s quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or article. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via the selected shipping method. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

Notes: If it is the address of P.o. BOX, please change another one or we can’t deliver it for you and the order will be canceled.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently offer shipping to the following countries:

Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, USA, and so on.

Please note that we do not provide delivery to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses. If you need to place an order or have items delivered, please ensure that the destination is not a military address to ensure successful delivery. Additionally, some certain countries or regions may be subject to shipping restrictions due to political, economic, or security reasons, and we may be unable to ship goods to these countries or regions. 

  • If you wish to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact our Customer Service Department at service@hocase.com, if the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Usually, it may take 14 to 30 natural days for the parcel to arrive in most countries or your place.

Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, and other factors beyond our control. which is really hard to control. This is what we are working on all the time to make it better and improved.
